Broker/Property Manager
Marshall Henson, RMP® ACoM®, is an experienced property manager and real estate broker with 17 years in the property management industry. Holding the prestigious Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Marshall has built a reputation for his dedication to professionalism and ongoing education. He also served three years as the Education Chair for NARPM, contributing to the development of industry standards and training.
Marshall is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In March 2012, he founded Ally Realty & Management, drawing on his extensive background in real estate to transition from residential sales to property management. His focus shifted to managing rental investments after recognizing the stability and predictability of property management, which offered year-round business compared to the seasonal nature of residential sales.
With a solid foundation in real estate, Marshall began managing his own investment properties, quickly realizing his knack for working with investors and tenants. Since then, he has helped numerous investors build cash-flowing portfolios, providing expert management that ensures consistent results. Although currently a one-person operation, Marshall plans to grow his team as the business continues to expand.
